I practice with my band, and do three intensives a week that include reading charts, rudiments with a metronome and improvisation and playing to music. My regime is satisfying and I have been doing double stroke rudiments with bass, snare and toms and added them to my playing. Great to see technical commitment turn into something creative and fluid.
